How can artists submit their work to illus?
Artists can easily express their interest by emailing us at hello@illus.store with the subject title Expression of Interest and our team will reply with a guideline PDF and a Google Form. We welcome diverse themes, and if a category doesn't exist, we'll create it for your distinctive creations.
How is the profit shared with artists?
Artists earn a minimum of 60% from each successful sale to ensure a fair and transparent compensation for their exceptional talent.
Does illus offer physical prints and merchandise?
Yes, illus is not just a digital platform. Our vision extends to becoming a physical outlet/gallery for artists, encompassing physical art, merchandise, and lifestyle products.
Can artists specify the size of their prints?
Absolutely! illus values the diversity of artistic expressions. Artists can specify their preferred size, and we ensure their art is showcased in its most captivating form.
What themes are accepted for digital prints?
We welcome submissions on a wide range of themes. If a theme isn't already present, we encourage artists to submit, and we'll create a dedicated category for their distinctive creations.
How does illus support Malaysian artists globally?
Our mission is to create appreciation for Malaysian artists, introducing their work to art enthusiasts worldwide and fostering a cross-cultural exchange of artistic expression.
What happens if a purchased item arrives damaged?
While all our products are made to order, packaging is occasionally beyond our direct control. Nonetheless, illus fosters strong relationships with each printing centre, to ensure secure packaging for every product.
