When the Sailor Moon redraw challenge was ongoing, I wanted to illustrate her in a way that captured my culture and ethnic background as I hadn’t seen anything like it before. The subtitle is a lyric from the Hindi song “Deewani Mastani,” and it means “The story of my love has become famous.”
